The Silent Auction is the unique vehicle that is used to underwrite the Ball expenses allowing funds raised through ticket sales and cash contributions to go directly to the Lyric Opera. As the premier and most exclusive auction in the area, the Lyric prides itself on a wide range of quality items and price points. Unique items such as exotic trips and gourmet dinners in some of Kansas City's finest homes and restaurants are exclusive to this auction.
